What should I bring to a first visit?
A photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and any notes or images from other providers. Wear clothes you can move in.
How long is a visit?
The first visit takes 45 to 60 minutes. Follow-up visits are usually 20 to 30 minutes.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed to book. Your plan may ask for one, and the front desk checks when it looks at your benefits.
